Lunch and Learn Series

The Lunch and Learn series is a recurring program offering short, 30–60 minute sessions during the lunch hour. Designed primarily as an information-sharing platform, sessions will focus on accounting and finance topics such as policy updates, systems training, routine tasks, and general financial awareness.

Each session will include a presentation followed by time for questions, ensuring participants have an opportunity to clarify and deepen their understanding. Attendance is voluntary, and the format will remain flexible to accommodate different work environments.

This approach creates a simple, engaging way for employees to stay informed, refresh their knowledge, and build confidence in applying accounting and finance concepts in their day-to-day work, while contributing to stronger financial literacy across Harvard.
