Kelly Morrison

Assistant Vice President, Office for Sponsored Programs

Kelly Morrison is the Assistant Vice President for the Office for Sponsored Programs, where she is responsible for lifecycle research administration in the central University sponsored programs office, including pre-award, post-award, costing, training and education, and data and reporting.

Before joining Harvard, Kelly served as Vice President of Research and Project Administration at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, overseeing central and departmental research administration functions across sponsored and non-sponsored funding for research. She also previously served as the inaugural Director of Government Grants Strategy at the Alzheimer’s Association and Director of the Office of Sponsored Programs at the University of Virginia. Kelly spent the first 10 years of her career at Northwestern University, where she held roles at the department, school, center, and central administration levels, ultimately overseeing the University’s central sponsored research office as well as a pre-award shared services model to support large-scale, complex proposal development and award management activities.

Kelly is a graduate of Northwestern University.
