Katie McArdle

Katie McArdle is the Senior Director of Capital Planning & Project Services, where she oversees Harvard’s multi-year capital plan and annual capital budget. She leads the University’s capital project approval process, advances project delivery best practices, and advises leadership on strategic portfolio management and capital investment. 

Previously, Katie served as Director in the Office of Financial Strategy and Planning, where she led University-wide financial planning processes, supported leadership decision-making, and aligned capital and financial planning across the Schools. She joined Harvard in 2013 after working in economic consulting with a focus on intellectual property litigation. She holds a degree in finance from Grove City College.
