David Cho

David Cho is Chief Procurement Officer for Strategic Procurement, where he oversees the University's procure-to-pay operations, strategic sourcing, and supplier facing contract management services.

Before joining Harvard, Dave served as Chief Procurement Officer and Managing Director at the University of Massachusetts (UMass) System, leading the centralization of the procurement function across its five campuses. Previously, Dave was the former Global Head of Sourcing and Vendor Management at BlackRock and Director of the Strategic Sourcing and Operations Practice at KPMG. He began his career as a Senior Analyst at JP Morgan Chase.

Dave is a graduate of Boston College and completed the MIT Sloan Executive Program in Technology, Operations and Value Chain Management.
