Requesting User Access

Individuals must request access from their school/unit Authorized Requestor (AR). ARs will submit the request for access to HUIT. To find your Authorized Requester, visit the Authorized Requestor List page of the HUIT Service Catalog (PIN required).

Chart of Accounts

Web Reimbursement

A web-based tool for processing employee reimbursements, direct payments to corporate and p-card on behalf of cardholders, and travel advances.

PCard

A credit card method of payment for goods when it is not possible to create a purchase order in HCOM.

HUBS

Harvard University Budgeting System (HUBS) is a set of web-based Oracle Hyperion Planning applications used for budget data entry, estimates, annotations, reporting, and submission associated with the annual budget and planning cycles.

Harvard Crimson Online Marketplace (HCOM) is a comprehensive procure-to-pay solution where users request, approve and receive goods and services.
