As Senior Director for Capital Planning and Project Services (CAPS), Garry leads the team that supports the University’s capital programs including the integrated capital plan, capital project approvals, facility condition assessments, cost controls, reporting, and construction best practices.

Garry joined Harvard with the Faculty of Arts and Sciences in January 2003 and moved to the CAPS group, then part of Real Estate Services, in late 2004. 

Previously, Garry worked as a federal government auditor (HHS), certified public accountant, controller for an asset management company, and for many years as the Chief Financial Officer of a real estate management and development company. Garry is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of Science in Taxation degree from Bentley University.
